The site on India Street that could be transformed into Providence Gateway should voters approve the bond for question 4.

Voters throughout the state will be asked to approve a bond allowing the state to borrow money to acquire land at Rocky Point Park in Warwick, make improvements to Fort Adams State Park in Newport and transfer the pictured property from the Department of Transportation to the Department of Environmental Management.
