NORTH KINGSTOWN—On Monday evening, the town council listened to a presentation of the finished town market analysis, a project which aims to more clearly define North Kingstown’s vision for future land use and economic improvement. In June, the town approved the $75,000 study, which was conduct by land-use consulting firm 4Ward Planning.
“The reason that we identified a need for this market analysis so that we could take the assets we have and try to maximize them as an opportunity,” said Paige Bronk, North Kingstown economic development director. “I believe that, there are times where we have to be honest with ourselves about where we are at, [and] the analysis is loaded with opportunities to take North Kingstown to the next level.”
