Youth charged for alleged assault

NORTH KINGSTOWN—This past weekend, the son of Jayne Donegan, who was recently cleared by a Third District Court judge of allowing underage drinking at a party on her property in January, was arrested for allegedly assaulting a friend. According to the police report, Jack Donegan, 18, of 251 Wilbert Way, punched a friend in the back of the head.

On May 1, the victim submitted a complaint to North Kingstown Police Department, alleging that Donegan had assaulted him while they were playing video games. He also stated in his complaint that the three boys were drinking Grey Goose vodka.
