UUCSC carries on with Rev. Judy Smith-Valley at the helm

April 24, 2014

Rev. Judy Smith-Valley has been serving the congregation at Unitarian Universalist Congregation of South County as an interim minister since August 2013.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN – The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of South County is taking advantage of its current lack of a permanent minister and using the time to look inward and reflect on the congregation’s goals.

Board President Steve Harrison explains, “While this is not easy, I believe we are using this time wisely to examine who we are and what we can do to leave the world a little better than we found it. This is especially important as we embark on a search for our next settled minister who will have the skills to help us fulfill our purpose.”
