Robbery suspect arrested in Florida

CLERMONT, Fla.—Joshua Rayta, a South Kingstown man who allegedly robbed a Dollar Tree in January, was arrested by special agents of the U.S. Marshals Service on March 7 after fleeing the state.

North Kingstown Police Department, who had known Rayta fled to Florida for more than a month after robbing a Dollar Tree on Jan. 25, had an indictment returned in February from the Washington County Grand Jury for Rayta’s arrest.
