Richmond street lights remain a concern

RICHMOND – The Town Council's decision during this year's budget cycle to turn off certain street lights to cut costs remains a work in progress.

As the budget was being discussed and fine-tuned by the council before it was presented to voters this past summer, the council asked Town Administrator Steven A. Sette to investigate any possible savings that could arise from shutting off unnecessary street lights in town.
