Rebels stay undefeated after downing Cranston East

May 1, 2014

NORTH KINGSTOWN – The scores were a bit tighter, but the story of three straight match wins was the same with the North Kingstown boys volleyball team as they swept Cranston East 25-19, 25-23 and 25-20 Tuesday night at North Kingstown High School, remaining undefeated.

Cranston came into the game 4-3, third in Division I North. The Skippers have been dominating the field this season and the recent win brought their record to 8-0, first in DI South and best overall in boys volleyball. They have only allowed an astonishing single match victory to slip away all season (Coventry on 4/10) while they’ve won 24 matches against their teammates.
