Land Trust announces trail program

In conjunction with the Town of East Greenwich, the East Greenwich Municipal Land Trust recently announced a new Trail Adoption Program (TAP), which is now open for local organizations that are looking to promote community service, as well as engage in the town’s natural beauty within the civic level.

Currently, there are seven properties within East Greenwich that are publically accessible, with established trails or area that are ripe to have trails created. The areas are Folger’s Woods, the Fry Family Nature Preserve, Laurel Wood, Frenchtown Park, Bleachery Woods, the Briggs-Boesch Farm and the Hunt River Preserve.
