SOUTH KINGSTOWNâ€”On March 31, Superior Court Justice Kristin E. Rodgers ruled in favor of the North Kingstown Zoning Board of Review in upholding their 2011 decision to grant a series of variances and permits, ultimately paving the way for construction of a new 120-foot telecommunications tower off Slocum Road.
In January and April 2011, T-Mobile Northeast, LLC, presented the North Kingstown Planning Commission with its application for a number of variances and special-use permits in order to build a new telecommunications tower at 170 Slocum Road.
