Commission delays Rolling Greens decision

NORTH KINGSTOWN—On Tuesday evening, the North Kingstown Planning Commission took testimony from members of the public once more regarding the town’s proposed comprehensive plan and zoning amendments to allow construction of the proposed Rolling Greens development at the corner of Route 2 and 102. Residents expressed their concerns to the commission regarding the site’s potential for taking business away from Post Road and disturbing the “rural character” of the area, among other complaints.
