COVENTRY—Hailed by organizers as the “Greatest Show on H2O,” the annual Johnson’s Pond Civic Association ski show will pack in the tricks this weekend.

The Johnson’s Pond Civic Association holds the ski show around this same time every year and this is their thirty-ninth annual show.

Patrick Dulude, who is coordinating the ski show acts this year, said they are mostly local people from around the pond who perform.

From barefoot skiing to other stunts and jumps, the show will have a little bit of everything.

Dulude said this year one stunt will have six people bare-footing off of a Corvette ski boat.
There will be a snowmobile that will drive on water and two people will water ski all the way around a whole boat, Dulude said.

Hall’s Beach, where people gather to watch the show, is accessible on Acres of Pine Road off of Route 117 in Coventry.

The show is this Sunday, July 31 at 1:30 p.m.
It is free and open to the public.
