‘Views of South County’ art exhibit opening April 26 at Pettaquamscutt Historical Society

“Old Washington County Jail” by artist Robert Humphrey is on view as part of The Pettaquamscutt Historical Society exhibit, “Views of South County.” The exhibit opens to the public this Saturday, April 26. KINGSTON - The Pettaquamscutt Historical Society’s newest exhibit, “Views of South County,” opens to the public on Saturday, April 26 at its headquarters in the Old Washington County Jail.

Showcasing more than 20 artworks, the exhibit highlights the beauty and history of South County. Many of the pieces on display are from the historical society’s collection and not ordinarily available for public viewing.
