NARRAGANSETT - More than 40 arrests and citations were made in Eastward Look over the weekend, coinciding with the migration of URI students old and new back into the town.
Most of the arrests were for public consumption, possession of fake identification or underage drinking. At least seven of the arrests were for violating social host laws or procuring alcohol for a minor, which comes with a $500 fine and a day in municipal court. Some of the arrests and citations were for disorderly conduct, including at least two for urinating in public.
